Fabulous Red Lotus Sea at Talay Bua Daeng in Thailand
Talay Bua Daeng or in English is Red Lotus Sea is located in Kumphawapi district at Udon Thani province in Northeast Thailand. Talay Bua Daeng is freshwater swamp, the water resources of lake with a variety of fish, bird ,wildlife and aquatic plant, to see the Red Lotus Sea it’s mostly bloom during the cool season from December to February.
The beautiful of red lotus will bloom early moring 6:00 until 11:00 am only but visitor can sightseeing around the lake all day, you will see the red lotus blooming all along the water (lake) by taking boat tour and the visitors will enjoy scenery of nature that it’s look like painting than its can imagine. There is Talay Bua Daeng Baan Festival at Wat Ban Tium temple every year also, tourists can enjoy the contest during that period aswell. Moreover homestay is also available for the visitors who need to stay overnight and would like to take boat to go out early morning to see the beautiful sunrise at Nong Han Lake in Udon Thani, Thailand.
