Koh Rang is a small island which located in the southwestern part of Koh Chang in the gulf of Thailand, it is the main island in the 12 islands group to the west of Koh Mak: Koh Yak, Koh Rang Yai, Koh Rang Lek, Koh Tong Luang, Koh Kra, Koh Tien etc. Koh Rang is not suitable for setting up of any resorts and bungalows, but it is well-known as the location for its sea turtle eggs and bat’s dung. Koh Rang is the best beach with crystal clear water and perfect conditions for swimming and snorkeling, the main attractions of the island are the stone knolls and the magnificent deep-sea corals. Koh Rang is hilly filled with tropical rainforest protected by the Koh Chang National Marine Park. Getting there : Take a speed boat or Take a day trip to visit Koh Rang.
