Breathtaking Experience in Chiang Mai – Huai Nam Dang National Park
Make a Wonderful Trip @ Huai Nam Dang National Park In Chiang Mai!
There is one of the larger national parks in Northern Thailand covers an area of 179.5 square kilometres between Amphoe Mae Taeng district in Chiangmai and Amphoe Pai district in Mae Hong Son.
Most of the areas in Huai Nam Dang are ranged highlands and the mountain has a verdant forest. The park has a lot to offer a beautiful mountain scenery, picturesque hill tribe villages, roaring waterfalls and steaming hot springs, but it might not easy to explore in contrast to Doi Inthanon. The climate there is comfortably pleasant. but the wettest months being May to September.
Most of the attractions in Huai Nam Dang national park are Doi Kiew Lom Viewpoint on the top of the hill, there is famous viewpoint and it’s very beautiful scenery and stretching up to a view of Doi Luang Chiang Dao with a nice sunlight and radiation fog especially the morning in the cool season in Thailand.
Another Attractions; Doi Chang Viewpoint, Pong Ron it’s hot spring, nearby the Mae yen waterfall, Mae Had Waterfall, Mae Ping waterfall. There are activities included rafting, hiking, elephant riding, bath and local-style spa. Camping in the park is possible but visitors must bring their own tents and food. This is why Huai Nam Dang National Park are really worth visiting.
Tips: The cool season from November – January will be the best time to visiting the park.
