- 3 tablespoons Thai fish sauce
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh hot chilies (prik kee noo if available)
- 3 tablespoons crushed roasted peanuts (unsalted)
- Tapioca flour

Garnish :
- 2 teaspoons fried garlic (available already prepared or prepare your own)
- Crushed roasted peanuts
- Sliced red chilies
- Fresh cilantro
